Nickolas G. Mitilenes, MS, MBA, FACHE, is an established healthcare executive with a passion for growth, innovation, cross-functional management and striving for operational excellence. His career, spanning over 15 years, is characterized by challenging roles including his recent position as Vice President and General Manager at Opentrons. There, he was responsible for operational wind-downs that exceeded financial targets, all within a fast-paced, regulated environment overseeing a $60M+ operation.

Before Opentrons, Nick drove the successful integration NTD Genetics and EGL into a maternal-fetal and pediatric genetics business at Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, yielding noteworthy outcomes for high-volume COVID-19 diagnostics. His leadership prowess shone further during his tenure as President and COO at MedLabs Diagnostics, where his astute strategies scaled a regional reference lab to a $30M enterprise serving over 450,000 patients annually.

Beyond his illustrious professional life, Nick has pioneered market-responsive ventures like Hatchleaf, a health AI platform designed to improve outpatient navigation and education. At Innoterix Labs, Nick was instrumental in the design and launch of self-collection diagnostics for vector-borne and environmental illnesses.

Nick holds a BA in Molecular Biology from Colgate University, an MBA from Cornell University, and an MS from Weill Cornell Medicine.
